Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: For all orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee based on your location, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over a certain value are eligible for free shipping. Details and minimum order values will be listed at checkout and may vary by region.
Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes. Our team processes orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During peak times, such as holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped from our facility using reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand our service areas soon and appreciate your interest!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, you may need to coordinate with the carrier for redelivery or pick-up. Keetrilai is not responsible for packages left unattended or stolen after delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or provide a suitable resolution.
